• Pearson Edexcel A Level Chemistry (Year 1 and Year 2)

  • The main textbook we used at my school

  • Has all the information you need

  • Very wordy

  • Great for assessed practicals, do the questions, okay?

  • Good to build a foundation of knowledge (probably why we
    use it in school hahaha)

  • I can't lie, I hardly used this textbook other than the end-of-chapter questions

  • HEAVY, save your back and buy the online version

• CGP A-Level Chemistry: OCR A Year 1 & 2 Complete Revision & Practice

  • *Chefs kiss* cuts to the chase, no waffle​

  • BUT this is best for revision not for learning the content 

  • 10/10 puns that will keep you going (or make you roll your eyes)

• My Revision Notes: Edexcel A Level Chemistry

  • ​This book was my saviour for quickly revisiting all the spec
    with only the key points

  • Great diagrams (especially when learning reactions/mechanisms)

  • Very concise

• Edexcel AS/A level Chemistry Student Book 1 (and 2) 

  • My favourite book to revise with, wish I had purchased it sooner!

  • This is what made me understand the more difficult concepts
